Déclaration d’accident grave alimentaire : un cas

 

 

N° 07-06 (376) : MB Brive la Gaillarde, Mardi 21 février 2006 

 

• Adolescent 15 ans, choc anaphylactique après absorption de céleri.
• Hospitalisation 48 heures
• Antécédent : pas d’atopie
• Prick test céleri cru natif : 16 mm (codéine : 4 mm). Sensibilisation croisée carotte/persil
• Diagnostic : anaphylaxie au céleri

 

 

• Male 15 y.o, anaphylactic shock after ingestion of celery
• Hospitalization during 48 h
• Past history: no atopic.
• Prick test (codeine: 4mm) to raw celery: 16 mm. Cross sensitization to carrot and parsley
• Diagnosis: anaphylaxis to celery
